Chicken on the grill

High Value Jerk Chicken: Marinade & Dry Rub

Two ways to bring real Caribbean heat home: a blended wet marinade, or a quick dry rub.

Why it's High Value

Whole spices, fresh aromatics, coconut aminos and raw honey replace the sugar- and preservative-heavy bottled versions, and one batch covers a family-size cook.
